Tana Mid Atlantic Tennis Double Finals on 4th September 2024 in Hampden Town-ship ,Harrisburg ,PA a resounding success Dedication , enthusiasm ,and support were in strumental in creating a memorable event.

The TANA Mega Cricket Tournament organized by the North Carolina Raleigh TANA Team took place on September 2nd at the Baker Town Complex FVA Field in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, many players participated and showcased their skills.
The TANA Women's T7 Cricket Tournament was held on August 25th at the KGF Ground in Concord, North Carolina. The women players showcased exceptional talent, earning widespread praise for their performance.
winners were awarded $275, while the runners-up received $150 in cash prizes.
The event was successfully organized under the leadership of TANA Sports Coordinator Nag, with the aim of promoting women's cricket and encouraging female.
The TANA T7 Kids Cricket Tournament was organized with the objective of encouraging young athletes. This event took place on August 24th at the KGF Ground in Concord, North Carolina. The tournament was held in two categories: one for children aged 9, 10, and 11, and the other for those aged 12, 13, and 14.
winners were awarded $200, while the runners-up received $150 in cash prizes. The event aimed to promote youth engagement in cricket, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their skills and passion for the sport.
TANA continued the tradition of this noble cause of Backpack Program. On August 22, backpacks were distributed to underprivileged children at Career Creek Elementary School in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event aimed to support students by providing them with necessary school supplies to ensure they start the school year well-equipped. The initiative continues to be a cherished part of TANA's efforts to contribute positively to the local community.
On August 13, with the support of the North America Telugu Association (TANA), Arjun organized a training camp at ZP High School in Penavuluru. The camp covered vital topics such as CPR, mental health, and nutritional awareness, aiming to provide practical and life-saving knowledge to the students.
Through this initiative, Arjun not only imparted valuable information but also distributed devotional books to help spread awareness on these important subjects. The event focused on CPR training, teaching how to handle emergencies effectively, which proved to be an essential and life-saving skill for all participants.
By participation with AIA and TANA did an event for Indian Independence day celebrations on August 10th. There were many cultural programs and around 10000 members participated in the event.
The fire incident in New Jersey, which took place in a home in Newark, tragically resulted in the death of a student and left six Telugu students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana homeless. These students were studying at New York Pace University and lost everything in this unfortunate fire.
Upon hearing about the tragedy, the TANA (North America Telugu Association) team immediately responded and extended their help to the affected students. They provided support in various forms, including assisting with their certificates that were destroyed in the fire.
One of the students sustained serious injuries in the fire, with severe burn wounds. Emergency personnel transported the student to the hospital for treatment. Upon learning about the incident, TANA Town Square co-chair Srinivas Bharthavaru quickly arrived at the scene to ensure that the affected students received the necessary support and assistance during this difficult time
On August 4th, a mega medical camp was organized in Hyderabad by the TANA Foundation in collaboration with Swachh, as part of their ongoing healthcare initiative. Over 650 people from underprivileged communities received free medical services. This initiative is part of the regular free medical camps held on the first Sunday of every month.
The TANA Foundation has been consistently supporting the organization of these camps, and this marked the eighth event of its kind. The medical camp was sponsored by Goutham Amarneni, contributing significantly to its success and the continued assistance for those in need of healthcare services.
